This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using Visualcanvas. By using our service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Visualcanvas to engage in any of the following activities:

Illegal Activities

Any use of the service for illegal purposes, including but not limited to fraud, theft, money laundering, or any activity that violates local, national, or international laws.

Child Safety (Zero Tolerance)

Zero tolerance for CSAM. You may not upload photographs of minors or any person under the age of 18, nor generate, share, or promote any content depicting the sexual exploitation of children. Any such content will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.

Spam and Abuse

Sending unsolicited communications, spam, or any form of abuse including harassment, threats, or intimidation of other users or third parties.

Web Scraping and Data Harvesting

Using automated tools, bots, or crawlers to extract data from the platform without authorization. Mass downloading or exporting content for purposes other than personal use.

Violent and Hate Content

Creating, sharing, or promoting content that depicts violence, gore, or self-harm; content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or other protected characteristics.

Intellectual Property Violations

Using the service to create, share, or distribute content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, trademark, or patent violations.

Security Violations

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network. Distributing malware, viruses, or any malicious code. Reverse engineering or circumventing security measures.

3. Content Guidelines

When creating content using Visualcanvas, you must:

  • Ensure you have the necessary rights to any content you submit
  • Not generate content that could be used for harmful purposes
  • Not impersonate any person or entity
  • Not create content that is deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading
  • Comply with all applicable content rating guidelines

4. Consequences of Violations

If you violate this AUP, we may take the following actions:

  • Warning - First-time minor violations may result in a warning
  • Content Removal - Removal of violating content without notice
  • Service Suspension - Temporary suspension of your account
  • Account Termination - Permanent termination for serious or repeated violations
  • Legal Action - Cooperation with law enforcement when appropriate

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it to us immediately:

Please include the nature of the violation, the location of the content, and any other relevant details. We acknowledge all reports within 24 hours and take action within 72 hours for content that violates this policy. For urgent matters involving imminent harm, please contact us urgently.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
