2. Description of Service
Visualcanvas provides a SaaS platform for AI-powered creative workflows. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service
- Comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
4. Payment Terms
Payments are processed through Waffo, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. All fees are charged at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan or credit pack
- Provide accurate billing information
- Credit packs are valid for 30 days from purchase; unused credits expire after this period
- Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date
- All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service:
- Immediately if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Upon reasonable notice for any other reason
- Immediately if required by law or legal order
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Visualcanvas is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or appropriate legal channels.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
